Fighting Hunger. Sustaining Hope.

I thank God for St Joe’s Pantry every time I go. I have no money for groceries. I get my SS check on the third of the month, and by the fifth, it’s gone after paying my rent and bills, not including medications, car gas, or food. Your weekly or every other week is a humongous blessing.
— St Joe's Client
In addition to 40,000+ pounds of fresh garden donations received from our generous community each season, St. Joe’s has an indoor Flex Farm with eight units that grow hundreds of pounds of leafy greens annually.

2024 Scouting for Food Drive

Scouting for Food has been a Scouting tradition in Bay-Lakes Council for 36 years. This important community service event helps make a healthy difference for those in need! As you already know, the need for food is in high demand right now, and we have found many of the food banks and pantries we partner with really do need our help.

Scouts were asked to share the Scouting for Food Drive plan by distributing food collection bags throughout their communities by April 20th and then return to pick up food donations the morning of April 27th. Collected donations will then be taken to a local food bank or pantry.

If you do not receive a food collection bag on April 20, or your donation was not picked up on Saturday, April 27, 2024, please help out by taking your goods to your local Festival Foods store or to your local food pantry.

Building Renovation Groundbreaking Ceremony

We are so excited to invite you to "save the date" to attend our groundbreaking ceremony on June 6th! Come for our ceremony at 9am and stay for tours and refreshments to follow.

Our capital campaign is officially at 81% of our goal, with room still for you to join. Reminder, we also have a $500,00 match still in place from Miron Construction to make your gift go even further.
